Jon Ciplickas

Jon Ciplickas started their work experience in 1993 as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Nylok Fastener Corporation Western Division. Jon oversaw manufacturing processes for various departments and was responsible for a significant increase in sales. From 1998 to 2013, they served as the Director of Operations at Fastbolt Carolina. In 2013, they became the General Manager of Southeast Operations at Fastbolt Corporation. Most recently, in 2023, they joined AFC Industries as the Director of Operations for the AFC Atlantic Region.

Jon Ciplickas attended Manhattan College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering.
