Kia Halsall is a qualified Athletic Therapist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at AFC Toronto since January 2025, Kia has previously worked with Active Medicine Toronto and the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario, providing athletic therapy for Canada Soccer's National Development Centre Ontario. Notably, Kia held the position of Lead Athletic Therapist for the Brampton Honey Badgers and served as a Student Athletic Therapist at Toronto Metropolitan University. Additional experience includes an internship with the Toronto Blue Jays during the 2021 and 2022 seasons and a placement with Canada Soccer's Ontario Regional Excel Super Centre. Kia's educational background includes a Bachelor (Honours) of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.
