Dave Reddington

Dave Reddington is an experienced football coach and director with a career spanning over a decade in coaching and management. Currently serving as the 1st Team Coach at AFC Wimbledon since July 2024, Reddington has also held positions such as Director at One Sports Management Limited since October 2009 and Assistant Manager at AGF Fodbold from June 2021 to July 2024. Previously, Reddington worked at Crystal Palace Football Club from July 2013 to February 2023, progressing from U13-U16 lead youth coach to U23 assistant and ultimately 1st Team Coach from 2017 to 2021. Reddington began coaching at Watford Football Club, where responsibilities included serving as the U16-18 Academy Coach from August 2009 to May 2013. Reddington's foundational education was at St Ignatius College in Enfield.
