Tamara Greenspan

Tamara Greenspan serves as the vice chair of AFCEA International’s Board of Directors and a past president of AFCEA’s Northern Virginia Chapter.

A focused, results-oriented business executive with more than 30 years in the U.S. public sector, Ms. Greenspan also serves as the Group vice president and general manager for Public Sector Applications at Oracle, responsible for a team of account executives, solution engineers, and business development leaders who deliver software solutions for complex business problems. The team assists the federal government, the International Agency community, and the Canadian Public Sector with its digital transformation to realize greater business value through the adoption of the Oracle Cloud in areas including ERP, SCM, EPM, and HCM. She is successful in building high-performing sales teams, delivering year-over-year revenue, and is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer success, and delivering growth across all existing and new product lines.
