David Hareli

David is the Deputy CEO of Afcon Holdings Ltd. Previously, a General Manager of Afcon Integrated Systems (since June 2012).

30 years of military service with the rank of colonel. Served in the submarine fleet and later led complex projects in the fields of submarine systems and surface ships. His final position in the military was as head of the AIP Dolphin-class submarine project in Germany, and head of planning and logistics.
