Dane Gerrard

Dane Gerrard serves as the Group Human Resources Manager at AFFCO New Zealand Limited since May 2010, responsible for the management of Industrial Relations and Human Resources for the organization. Additional roles include being an Executive member of the AFFCO Board of Directors and serving as Special Projects Manager, where focus is placed on outcome-specific projects across various business facets. Dane began career as a Management Trainee to gain comprehensive operational insights and previously held roles at Mainfreight as Account Manager for Owens Transport and in Export Operations for International Perishables. Education background includes a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Psychology and Education from the University of Canterbury, participation in a Scholarship Exchange Programme at Blackrock College in Dublin, and a secondary education from St Bede's College in Christchurch.
