Liz Hernandez - Kagansky

Liz Hernandez-Kagansky has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Liz currently works as a Product Operations Specialist & Help Desk for Affect Therapeutics, where they provide support and troubleshooting for clinical staff and members. Liz also manages the Jira ticket queue and collaborates with the training lead to improve tooling training.

Prior to their current role, Liz worked at Basket as a Senior Consultant and Payroll Clerk. Liz also served as the Manager of Community and Missions, overseeing data collection programs and managing multiple projects. Additionally, they were a Team Lead for commerce moderators and online sales pricing, as well as a Process Management Consultant, focusing on process improvement and quality assurance.

Liz also has experience at Claroty as an Order Administration, at Sprinklr as a Manager, where they managed data collection for a social media management system, and at NewBrand (acquired by Sprinklr) as a CCN Quality Assurance Manager.

Earlier in their career, they worked at The Network as a Human Resources Coordinator and at iFleet (formerly Automated Design Systems) as a Human Resources Assistant.

Liz Hernandez - Kagansky pursued their undergraduate education between 1992 and 1996 at Hofstra University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. In 2002, they enrolled at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Although the end year is not provided, it is known that they completed 21 credits in their MBA program.
