Caroline is currently responsible for directing the strategic mission and vision of eCommerce Solutions as it relates to bringing the AD members, suppliers, and service providers together for mutual growth opportunities. She helps members achieve their eCommerce objectives and win in an evolving digital world.

Caroline has two decades of eCommerce and digital marketing experience as a strategic, “big picture” thinker with strong general management, team building, and change management qualifications. She has led departments with millions in annual revenues during periods of explosive growth, as well as through periods of consolidation. She has a track record of pioneering and launching innovative, integrated programs that provided companies with a competitive advantage, produced additional revenue streams, and delivered a measurable return on investment.
