Sean McKillop

Sean McKillop is an experienced leader in engineering and manufacturing operations, currently serving as Market Leader for Process Engineering at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, McKillop held roles including Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing Operations at SCiFi Foods, successfully delivering a pilot plant project on time and under budget, and Global Director of Engineering Operations at Resilience, overseeing facilities and utilities design under cGMP standards. Other notable positions include Director of Facilities Engineering & Maintenance at Intarcia Therapeutics, Associate Director roles at Novartis, and Project Manager at Gilead Sciences and Matrix Technologies. McKillop's career began in the US Navy as a Naval Officer, and Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
