Chad Brimmer

Chad Brimmer is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Operations Vice President - Group Manager Account Engineering at AFM Insurance since May 2019. In this role, Chad leads a team of account engineers to provide comprehensive risk assessments for the underwriting team on a global scale while collaborating closely with broker partners in the Southeast. Prior to joining AFM, Chad worked at FM Global for 18 years, where responsibilities included leading a team of Consultant Engineers to deliver advanced loss prevention services and managing a portfolio of commercial property insurance as an Account Manager. Chad began a career in engineering with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1996 and 2000.
