Bethany Hengsbach

Bethany Hengsbach is currently the Managing Director of Global Corporate Compliance at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Prior to this role, Bethany served as the General Counsel at BLACK SWAN HOSPITALITY LLC. Bethany brings a wealth of experience from their time as a Partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and as a Senior Associate at Wildman Harrold. Bethany began their legal career as an Associate at Williams, Montgomery and John, Ltd. Bethany holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. with distinction in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Bethany is also pursuing further education at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
