Dionne is also the Managing Director of Antitrust and Trade Regulation at Affiliated Monitors, Inc. Dionne has a background as a Partner at Mintz and Vinson & Elkins, as well as experience as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Dionne holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University. Currently, Dionne is also a Lecturer at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
