Prior to this role, Jesse served as the General Counsel at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Jesse also has extensive experience as a Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., Chief Legal Counsel at Fallon Community Health Plan, and roles at the MA Attorney General's Office, Republic of Palau, and U.S. Department of Justice. Jesse obtained their JD from American University Washington College of Law and BA in International Relations from Colgate University.
