Charisma Dass

Charisma Dass is currently an Assistant Manager in Fraud Credit Management at AFFIN Group, where they oversee fraud detection strategies and provide leadership to their team. They previously held roles at Citi as an Asset Servicing Analyst and at BAT as a Junior Billing Analyst. Charisma has also worked as a Senior Credit Analyst, managing customer orders and credit risks. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire and INTI International University & Colleges.
