Khairom Azlin Sham Abdul Mois

Khairom Azlin Sham Abdul Mois has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations in the banking and technology sectors. Khairom Azlin Sham began their career at RHB Bank in 1992 as a Senior System Analyst, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing new systems and providing technical support to business units. In 1997, they joined Affin Bank Berhad as the Manager of the IT Applications Department, a role they held until 2007. During this time, Khairom Azlin Sham Abdul Mois gained experience in managing IT applications and overseeing department operations. In 2007, they transitioned to IBM Global Services as a Service Delivery Manager, where they worked on IBM strategic outsourcing accounts, including AFFINBANK Berhad. In 2019, they joined MBSB Bank Berhad as the Head of Information Technology Application, where they contributed to the bank's IT infrastructure. Currently, Khairom Azlin Sham Abdul Mois is the Head of Technology Application Services at Affin Bank Group, a position they have held since May 2022.

Khairom Azlin Sham Abdul Mois completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA between 1982 and 1992. Additionally, Khairom received certification as an IBM Advisory Project Manager from IBM in November 2016.
