Afifah Ishak is currently an Equity Research Analyst at Affin Hwang Investment Bank, focusing on the automotive and MREIT sectors. Afifah has experience delivering market outlook presentations to institutional clients and organizing thematic site visits, demonstrating strong engagement with clients regarding corporate developments and quarterly results. Previously, Afifah served as an Equity Research Associate, where leadership skills were showcased by supervising fresh graduates and successfully managing a critical database reconciliation. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Analyst at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful, and a Corporate Finance Apprentice at Mazars, where Afifah developed research and financial modeling skills. Afifah holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance and a foundation degree in Business with Mathematics from Heriot-Watt University, and completed secondary education with a focus on Pure Science.
