Haiqal Hasnol

Haiqal Hasnol has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Haiqal is currently working as a Senior Assistant Vice President in Corporate Finance at Affin Hwang Investment Bank since October 2021. Prior to this role, Haiqal had worked as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance at KAF Investment Bank from June 2020 to July 2021. Before joining KAF, they were associated with PwC where they worked as part of M&A Transaction Services in the Deals Advisory team from March 2018 to April 2020. Haiqal also has experience at PwC as a Senior Associate in Assurance from January 2016 to April 2016, and earlier as an Associate in Assurance from September 2012 to August 2014. Haiqal started their career as an Intern at KPMG in June 2011, where they gained exposure to various client engagements and assisted with auditing tasks such as payroll verification and financial statement reviews.

Haiqal Hasnol began their education at King Edward VI School in Southampton from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their A-Level qualification. Haiqal then attended the University of Nottingham from 2009 to 2012, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Finance, Accounting & Management. In 2015, Haiqal pursued further education at Kaplan Financial London and obtained the ACCA certification.

In 2016, Haiqal enrolled at Coventry University London and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Financial Services in 2017. Throughout their educational journey, Haiqal Hasnol acquired additional certifications, including the ACCA Member (First Time Pass) from ACCA in 2019, the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP in 2016, and the Anti-Money Laundering Certification from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2012.
