Somya Sutar

Somya Sutar is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Manager for L&D at Affine since June 2016. In this role, Somya is responsible for developing and executing strategic L&D initiatives that align with organizational goals and employee needs. Prior to this position, Somya held various roles at RGF Select India, including Assistant Manager and Team Lead in HR, where responsibilities included hiring for analytics positions. Somya's experience also encompasses staffing and recruitment positions at Pylon Management Consulting and Scarlet Wireless, focusing on candidate sourcing and evaluation. Somya holds an M.B.A. in HR and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from PES University.
