Ujjwala Singh

Ujjwala Singh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and coaching. Currently serving as a Human Resources Team Lead at Affine since May 2021, Ujjwala previously held roles as a Senior Learning Evangelist and Learning Evangelist at PGC from June 2016 to March 2020. Key responsibilities included partnering with business leaders for workforce planning and fostering a coaching culture. Prior experience includes an HR internship at Tech Mahindra, where Ujjwala focused on automating reports and policy documentation, and serving as a Solaris Administrator at HCL Technologies, conducting compliance audits and server upgrades. Ujjwala holds an MBA in Human Resources from Alliance University and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway.
