Darren Ottaviani

Darren Ottaviani has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Darren began their career in 2001 as the HR Director for Interaction Associates. In 2011, they moved to The Boston Consulting Group as an AMR Regional Knowledge Coordinator/HR Business Partner. In 2012, they became the Director of Human Resources for Goldwind USA. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner for Merrimack. In 2019, they transitioned to Senior Director of Human Resources at Momenta Pharmaceuticals. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Human Resources at Affinia Therapeutics.

Darren Ottaviani completed an MS in Leadership from Northeastern University in 2009. Darren also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University. Additionally, Darren has completed coursework at DePaul University. In 2014, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and in 2015 they obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM.
