Michael Smith is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in service management and client relations. Currently serving as Vice President - Enterprise Dealer Group at Affinitiv Inc since May 2012, Michael has played a key role in the company's consolidation and growth following a merger in 2015. Prior to this, Michael held various positions including Senior Account Executive at Peak Performance, where responsibilities included managing over 185 accounts and exceeding sales targets. Previous roles include Assistant Service Manager at Hendrick Automotive Group, Senior Service Consultant/Manager at Keffer Automotive Group, and other significant positions at Leith Automotive Group, Moses Auto Group, Michael Jordan Nissan, and Wireless Dimensions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Central Carolina Community College.
