Currently serving as Vice President of People at Affinitiv since September 2018, Tracy has held multiple leadership roles including Head of People Experience & Partnership and Human Resources Director. Prior to Affinitiv, Tracy was the Head of Human Resources at RDG Global from March 2016 to September 2018, and Human Resources Manager at ABC Carpet & Home from April 2014 to March 2016. Earlier career roles include Recruiting Manager at Opus Staffing and Recruiter at GreyStone Staffing. Tracy began in the field as a Regional Manager at BBTLI Management from September 2008 to July 2012. Educational qualifications were obtained at Hofstra University.
