Michael Caceres

Michael Caceres has a diverse work experience spanning over 23 years. Michael began their career as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Washington Mutual Bank, where they worked for a decade. Michael then moved on to roles at AppleOne Employment Services, Robert Half Management Resources, and Union Bank, gaining experience as a Compensation Analyst and Business Systems Analyst. In 2017, they joined Affinity Development Group as a Business Analyst, before being promoted to Director of Operations. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Business Process Architect on a contract basis at Sayva Solutions-Intuit. Overall, Michael has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, operations management, and process improvement.

Michael Caceres pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge, from 2002 to 2004. Later, they obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis with a focus on Business Analysis from Villanova University. Additionally, Michael earned a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera in July 2022.
