Luisa Franco, CAFP, is the Founder and CEO of LFP Risk Solutions, established in July 2018, where the firm specializes in facilitating fintech partnerships for community banks to enhance revenue and customer acquisition while minimizing resource strain. Luisa serves on the Board of Directors for Affinity Federal Credit Union and holds the position of Chief Compliance / BSA Officer at Access Finance Inc. Previous roles include a Consultant/FVP, BSA/AML/OFAC Officer at Unity Bank and various compliance leadership positions at multiple financial institutions, including roles at MetLife and MetLife Bank. Luisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College.
