Since entering fire engineering consulting in 2011, they have managed and engineered projects across various states in Australia, working on a diverse range of building types, including retail and healthcare facilities, high-rise buildings, and auditoriums. Currently serving as Director at Affinity Fire Engineering, Thomas is recognized for their expertise in advanced Computational Fire/Smoke Modeling and Egress Simulations. They hold a Master's Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering from the University of Western Sydney, where their research focused on occupant movement and hydraulic flow theory. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated an exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and compliance in design solutions.
