Brian Egan

Brian Egan possesses extensive experience in sales and merchandising leadership within the retail sector. As the Director of Merchandising at Affinity Group since January 2022, Brian manages a team of 12 Retail Merchandisers. Previously, Brian served as the New England/New York Retail Merchandising Supervisor at Advantage Solutions, overseeing a team of 10. During tenure at RetailData, LLC, Brian directed a team of 5 District Managers and over 400 associates in executing pricing and merchandising surveys across the Northeastern United States. Additionally, Brian held the position of National Sales Manager at Expressive Design Group, focusing on sales improvement and customer relationship development. Starting career as a Territory Manager at Hallmark Cards, Brian oversaw sales and service operations across multiple states and managed key retail relationships. Brian holds an Associate Degree in Science with a focus on Business Management from Holyoke Community College and a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University.
