Anna Bellow

Anna (Gradney) Bellow has extensive experience in compensation programs, having held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, including Manager, Compensation Programs, Sr. Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Analyst. Prior roles at LSU include Assistant Director - Compensation and Workday HCM Functional Lead, as well as Compensation Manager and Compensation Team Lead at Louisiana State University. Anna began a career as a Human Resource Consultant Assistant at Postlethwaite & Netterville. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from Louisiana State University.
