Barbara Robinson Miller

Barbara Robinson Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health management and human resources. As a Senior Health Management Partner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since July 2008, Barbara engages groups in wellness and health promotion services while driving member engagement. Previously, Barbara developed award-winning wellness programs for BCBS employees as an HR Specialist. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager at ICF International, Business Continuity Training Analyst at IEM, and Branch Manager at Multi-Staffing Services. Barbara began a career in human resources at Mikohn Signs & Graphics. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.
