In 1993, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and held various positions, including Vice President & Management Positions in Finance, Audit, Compliance, & Strategy, President & CEO of Subsidiaries, and Internal Operations Executive & Chief Financial Officer. Bryan worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City until 2016.
In 2015, Bryan became a Board Member at Lucet (formerly New Directions + Tridiuum), and in 2017, they joined Healthy Blue Louisiana as a Board Member. In 2016, they started working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, first as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial & Operations Executive/CFO until 2021, and then as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to the present.
Additionally, since 2019, Bryan has been the President & CEO of Vantage Health Plan and has also served as a Board Member and Chair at the company.
Bryan Camerlinck holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Pre-Law, which they obtained from Kansas State University between 1985 and 1989. In 2009, Bryan attended Stanford University to study Decision Quality in Organizations, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Bryan currently does not possess any additional certifications.
