David then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at the University of New Orleans from 1985 to 1992. In 2013, they attended Louisiana State University for a Purchasing & Supply Management Certificate Program, focusing on Purchasing and Procurement, which they completed in 2014.
