Sherri Enright, MBA, JD, and SHRM-SCP have a diverse and extensive work history. Sherri is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dallas College from February 2020 to May 2022. From January 2019 to February 2020, they worked as an Administrative Attorney for the City of Fort Myers. Before that, they were the Administrator for the City of Sanibel from November 2015 to January 2019. In 1997, they worked as the General Counsel for United Chambers/Centennial Life Insurance Company. Sherri began their legal career as an Associate at Peterson and Ross in 1988 before joining Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. as Of Counsel from 1995 to 1997.

Sherri Enright, MBA, JD, and SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at The University of Kansas from 1981 to 1985. Sherri then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the University of Iowa College of Law from 1985 to 1988. In 2010, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Avila University. Additionally, in 2012, Sherri Enright obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Sherri is also a member of the Florida Bar Association, having obtained their membership in September 2018.
