Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen is an experienced healthcare leader with a focus on palliative care and hospice management. Currently serving as Vice President of Palliative Care and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Affinity Health Management since December 2021, Michelle also holds the position of Executive Director at Affinity Care of Virginia. Previous roles include Executive Director at Continuum Care Hospice and Senior Administrator at HCR ManorCare/Heartland Hospice, where responsibilities encompassed overall agency management and clinical oversight. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director of Admission at Hospice of Virginia and Emergency Room RN at HCA Chippenham Medical Center and Good Shepherd Health System. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Kilgore College.
