Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Support at Affinity Health Plan since March 2007, Denise plays a critical role in overseeing Service Desk activities, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing technical performance for both internal and external customers. Prior to this, Denise held the position of Technology Support Manager at Affinity Health Plan, and has also held leadership roles at Ford Foundation as Help Desk Manager, Lighthouse International as Manager of Network Operations, and McGraw Hill Financial as Technology Project Analyst. Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from The City College of New York.
