Wendy Donahue

Wendy Donahue MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Wendy currently serves as the President of Affinity Management Group since December 2013, providing staffing solutions for different industries. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2013, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at UniversalPegasus International, where they played a key role in developing HR strategies and managing a global HR team. From 2005 to 2008, they were the General Manager of Carltech, Inc., responsible for building and managing a successful staffing company. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Manpower Professional, managing operations and sales in the Gulf Coast Region, and as a Senior Technical Sales Representative at Calgon Carbon Corporation, where they developed business relationships and sold carbon products.

Wendy Donahue obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Texas Woman's University. Wendy later went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas A&M University. In addition to their educational background, Wendy has also achieved the certification of Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2015, and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2011.
