Eric Gunderson

Eric Gunderson is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in staffing solutions and account management. Since July 2016, Eric has served as the Director of Operations at Affinity Personnel Solutions, managing internal operations, overseeing staff, and providing tailored staffing solutions to various companies in the Buffalo, NY area. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Coordinator at the same company, where Eric developed expertise in client on-boarding, negotiations, and employee relations. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Aerotek, focusing on recruiting across multiple industries, and as a Landscape Specialist at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, where Eric operated heavy equipment and maintained grounds. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University at Buffalo.
