Ester Costa Reina

Ester Costa Reina is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the pet care and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Europe Marketing Director at Affinity Petcare since October 2019, Ester previously held several key roles within the same company, including Marketing Director for Iberia and various managerial positions focusing on global brand management. Prior to Affinity Petcare, Ester gained valuable experience at Kraft Foods as a Brand Manager and at Cadbury plc, where responsibilities included brand management for notable gum brands in South Europe. Ester's early career included roles at Sara Lee, Caixa Catalunya, and Centres Autoequip. Academically, Ester holds a Master's Degree in Digital Business from ISDI and multiple licenciaturas in marketing and business administration from Universitat de Barcelona and Maastricht School of Management.
