Andrea J. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrea began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager and Visual Merchandiser at Local Charm a MN Jewelry Studio. In 2006, they became a Member Advisor at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where they worked until 2007.

Andrea then moved to Charles Tyrwhitt in 2008, where they served as a Visual Merchandiser. Andrea further expanded their skills at Sally Beauty Company in 2009, taking on the role of Assistant Manager. Andrea remained in this position until 2010.

In 2012, Andrea returned to Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union as a Member Advisor. Andrea later transitioned to become a Real Estate Processor in 2013. Their most recent role with Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union was as a Real Estate Title Analyst, which they held from April 2017 to the present.

Throughout their tenure with Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Andrea has demonstrated their ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in the end-to-end production process. Andrea has improved system usage, shortened product delivery time, and developed new business processes to maximize system offerings and eliminate unnecessary customizations.

Andrea J. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota, attending from 2000 to 2005. Andrea then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Metro State University from 2020 to 2022.
