John Simonsen

John Simonsen is the Vice President of Real Estate at Affinity Plus. He leads all aspects of the Real Estate experience beginning on day 1 of the loan application to the servicing of the mortgage loan after it funds and beyond. John focuses on delivering a superior mortgage loan experience to the members through an easy, efficient, and automated approach. He strives to implement new programs, products, and services to help as many members as possible buy a home, obtain a lower rate, consolidate debt, complete a home improvement, etc. John joined Affinity Plus in 2003. Prior to his current role, he has led a variety of teams across the organization including the Solutions (collections) team.
