Jim Cottone is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as SVP, Chief Compliance Officer & Enterprise Quality at Affinity Solutions, Jim is responsible for leading the Compliance and Information Security functions and ensuring adherence to certification standards. Prior to this role, Jim held significant positions at Billtrust, where compliance and risk functions were established during a major transition, and at Aricent, managing operational improvements that achieved substantial savings. Additionally, Jim has a strong background in project management and Six Sigma methodologies, with leadership roles at Berkadia, ING, and Genworth Financial, further solidifying expertise in process improvement and training. Jim's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Management from RPI Lally School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
