Yuko Gendo is an experienced dialogue facilitator and consultant with a diverse professional background in facilitation, consulting, and project management. Since January 2014, Yuko has worked as an independent dialogue facilitator, contributing to various organizations including Minds Studio, Wyde - The Connective School, Affinity Space, and Agnus Consulting - Investing in People, in roles focused on facilitation and associate work. Notably, Yuko served as the lead facilitator for the Climate Assembly in Kamakura while working as a visiting researcher at 環境政策対話研究所. Previous experience includes ERP consulting with Free Lance, chairing the pro bono organization Social Marketing Japan, and SAP consulting at Ishin Consulting. Yuko began the professional journey at H.I.S. as a travel service operator after graduating from Meiji Gakuin University with a degree in Economics in 2006.
