Floree Zama-Neagra

Floree Zama-Neagra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitating youth engagement and community programs. Currently serving as the Lead Facilitator for the Young Advisers of the Listening Fund at The Blagrave Trust since July 2021, Floree oversees a project that empowers young people to influence funding strategies with a budget of £600,000 over three years. Concurrently, Floree is the Lead Facilitator for the Involving Young People Collective at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, focusing on enhancing youth involvement in decision-making processes. Previous roles include Ranger Programme and Community Manager at the National Park City Foundation, and Development Manager at Koreo, among others. Floree's educational background encompasses degrees in Media and Cultural Studies, Leadership in Sustainability, and ongoing studies in business strategy and innovation.
