Aileen Everett

Aileen Everett (née Ohlson) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the Director of People at AFFINITY TRUST since October 2024, Aileen also holds a position as a Director member with Care Leaders Network. Aileen's commitment to community service is evident through the role as a Voluntary Search Technician with the Berkshire Lowland Search & Rescue Team, focused on locating missing and vulnerable individuals. Previously, Aileen led people and culture initiatives at The Brendoncare Foundation and played a pivotal role at John Lewis Partnership for over three decades, culminating as Senior Organisation Design Lead. This extensive background encompasses strategic human resources, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development across various roles within the organization. Aileen has also contributed to Lowland Rescue as a member of the Board of Trustees and Fundraising Lead. Academic background includes education at RMS for Girls.
