Justin Frost

Justin Frost is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Waste Solutions since October 2014. In this pivotal role, Justin focuses on partnership building, marketing, sales, contract negotiation, team training, hiring, and business development. Notable leadership positions include Board President of the National Trash & Recycling Valet Association and Board Member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, among others. Justin has received multiple recognitions, including being named one of the Top 40 under 40 by the Orlando Business Journal in 2017. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Premier Valet Trash and Regional Maintenance Manager at Premier Property Management, alongside early experience as Emergency Operations Manager at Orlando Sanford International Airport. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Lyon College and began education at Seminole Community College.
