Fiona Rowe

Fiona Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, customer service management, and project management. Since joining Affinity Water in October 2014, Fiona has held several key positions, including Community and Construction Liaison Manager and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, contributing to the PR24 regulation team. Previous roles include leadership in customer care and developer experience, as well as IT office management, where Fiona demonstrated strong capabilities in people management and strategic transformation. Earlier positions at organizations such as Monarch Airlines and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner Hertfordshire involved high-level administrative support and communication management for senior executives.
