Scott Hill

Scott Hill is the VP of Product Development for Affinity. Scott has over 17 years of experience in product development and software engineering. Scott started their career at Eloqua as a Senior Software Developer and rose through the ranks to Senior Manager and Director of Product Development. In their role at Eloqua, they led a 50 person global software development team and was responsible for all aspects of the software development life cycle. Scott then moved to Oracle, where they led the product development team for the Eloqua product. After seven years at Eloqua, they joined Nudge.ai as VP of Product Development. Scott was at Nudge.ai for six years before joining Affinity.

Scott Hill completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Engineering at Queen's University. Prior to this, they completed the International Baccalaureate at Upper Canada College.

They work with Filip Skrzesinski - Senior Product Designer, Dave Wilt - Head of Product Marketing. Scott Hill reports to Andy Bryson, SVP, Product.
