Stephani Martin

Stephani Martin is the VP of People at Affinity. Stephani has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked for companies such as Novoloop, CPOHQ, StartupExperts, and Affinity, Inc. Stephani is committed to creating an inclusive environment and has been recognized for their work in diversity and inclusion. Stephani also oversees all people operations, including benefits and HR tools.

Stephani Martin has an MBA in Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder. Stephani is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.

They work with Andy Bryson - SVP, Product, Peter Romano - Senior Director & Chief Information Security Officer, and Michael Montesano - VP, Engineering. Stephani Martin reports to Ray Zhou, Co-Founder & Co-CEO.
