Casey Fry

Casey Fry is an experienced professional in multifamily real estate, currently serving as Executive Director at Affinius Capital since October 2018, with previous roles including Senior Vice President and Director in Multifamily Asset Management. Prior to Affinius Capital, Fry held a Developer position at Bakke Development Corp. from December 2013 to October 2018, where responsibilities included comprehensive aspects of development and the formation of Bakke Management. Notably, Fry contributed to over $2.1 billion in multifamily dispositions during tenure at Apartment Realty Advisors from July 2007 to December 2013, and represented major clients in retail transactions at The Weitzman Group. Earlier career experience also includes serving as Personal Business Manager at Lebermann Investments Joint Ventures. Fry holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Real Estate with a finance concentration from Georgetown University.
