Lange Allen

Lange Allen is a seasoned professional in the industrial and logistics real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Affinius Capital since August 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing North American industrial and logistics development. Prior to this role, Lange held various positions at Affinius, including Executive Managing Director and Executive Director of Asset Management. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Asset Manager and Senior Leasing Executive at Weingarten Realty Investors, managing over 5.5 million square feet of industrial real estate and handling leasing for an additional 2.5 million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
