Matt Chapman

Matt Chapman, CPA, serves as the Executive Director of Compliance at Affinius Capital since 2012, leading the Risk and Compliance Department for a $30 billion investment management firm and developing comprehensive compliance programs. Prior to this role, Matt was the Manager of Financial Reporting at Genesis Energy, L.P., where Form 10-K filings were prepared for the first time as a large accelerated filer. Matt’s earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager in Financial Accounting & Reporting at Tesoro Corporation, managing annual and periodic SEC reports, and as an Audit Senior at EY, overseeing audits in the retail and manufacturing sectors. Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.
