Neha Trivedi

Neha Trivedi, MAI, CRE, FRICS, currently serves as Executive Director at Affinius Capital since March 2022. Prior experiences include Senior Director of Portfolio Management at USAA Real Estate from February 2019 to February 2022, and Manager of Research, Valuation & Advisory at Altus Group from August 2010 to February 2019. Neha began a career in real estate advisory as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from April 2007 to August 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Honors) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, complemented by further studies at TAFE NSW and Allied Schools. Education at the Appraisal Institute took place from 2009 to 2013.
